Sterchi Hills HOA Community Committees
Volunteers are an integral part of the community. There are several committees in which community members may participate. We encourage community members to be involved. Below are a list of the current committees.
Land Use Committee
The Land Use Committee is responsible for managing the maintenance and appearance of the common areas, such as the entrances and pool area.
Community Violations Committee
The Community Violations Committee is responsible for ensuring all community members remain in compliance with our Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and initiating communication to the Board of Directors for appropriate communication and action with the violating community member.
Social / Events Committee
The Social / Events Committee is responsible for planning and implementing all community social events within Sterchi Hills such as community pool parties, community picnics, etc.
Architectural Review Committee
In accordance with our Protective Covenants, all exterior changes to our homes must be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee and approval must be received prior to implementation. The Architectural Review Committee is comprised of volunteers. The ARC reviews and evaluates homeowner requests to make exterior changes to their home in accordance with the Protective Covenants, Conditions, Easements & Restrictions of Sterchi Hills.
