The primary purpose of the Sterchi Hills Homeowners Association is to promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of Sterchi hills Subdivision, Unit 3 and above. It shall also be to protect and preserve the value of the privately and commonly used property of the community, as also provided in the Articles of Incorporation of Sterchi Hills Unit 3 Homeowners Association, Inc.
Association Dues
The 2022 Annual Association dues are $250, due on January 1, 2022. Association dues are considered late after February 28, 2022. There is a late penalty of $25.00 per month. Homeowners are subject to legal action, including property liens, if dues are late more than 90 days. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Sterchi Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. Dues will be collected by the Property Manager. The Association dues are used to maintain the community pool, landscaping / mowing / irrigation of common areas and entrances, street lights and other necessary community projects.

The Board of Directors meet monthly. Schedules permitting, the meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Association members are also eligible to be placed on the agenda for these meetings. Please make request to be included at hank@fennellpm.com
